• If the technician has not yet started traveling, cancellation is free.
• If the technician has already reached the location, a visiting charge may apply.

Inspection Charges

An inspection or visiting charge may apply when our technician checks the appliance to identify the issue. This charge is non-refundable even if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair.

Repair Service Refund

Refunds are generally not provided for completed repair services. Once the repair work has been completed and approved by the customer, the service charge becomes non-refundable.

Spare Parts Replacement

If spare parts are replaced during the repair service, the cost of spare parts is non-refundable unless the part is found to be defective within the warranty period.

5. Service Warranty

Refund Processing
